About Hasif

I help founders and CEOs make calm, confident technical decisions when the business can't afford mistakes.

Technical advisor with 17+ years helping founders scale systems.

Hasif — CTO and Technical Advisor

Based in Bangkok (UTC+7). Working with teams across the globe.

I'm a CTO working with founders and investors who need clarity, control, and execution, not noise.

I've spent over 17 years building, scaling, and fixing systems across e-commerce, SaaS, and high-traffic consumer platforms. Some were built from scratch. Others were already breaking when I stepped in.

I focus on architecture first. When the blueprint is right, developers stop firefighting, systems scale naturally, and products become easier to maintain instead of harder.

I work comfortably across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership. That means fewer misunderstandings, fewer reworks, and fewer surprises later.

My Approach to Technical Leadership

I slow things down just enough to make the right decisions, then move fast with confidence.

When things go wrong, I step in and take ownership. When things are stable, I step back and let teams operate.

Confident decisions first. Execution that holds up second.

When Founders Bring In Technical Leadership

I'm usually brought in when leadership needs clarity, not just another opinion.

The product works, but scaling feels risky.

The team is busy, but progress feels slow.

Technical decisions are being made without enough clarity.

SEO, analytics, or performance were treated as add-ons.

A system needs to be rebuilt without stopping the business.

My role is to remove uncertainty, design the right structure, and help teams move forward with confidence. See how I work with teams.

How I Work With Leadership

Principles that guide every engagement.

Clarity over speed

I slow down to make the right decisions, then move fast with confidence.

Real-world systems

I design for real users, real traffic, and real growth.

Architecture as strategy

Technical decisions are business decisions.

Built-in foundations

SEO, analytics, and performance from day one.

Direct communication

Especially when decisions are uncomfortable.

These principles exist to reduce surprises, not add process.

What I Don't Do

Clarity on boundaries matters as much as capabilities.

Chase trends or over-engineer solutions
Optimize for demos instead of real outcomes
Add process for the sake of appearances
Disappear when things get difficult

Background & Experience

This experience shows up as judgment under pressure, not just years on paper.
